UTV World Championship events FREE to spectators
Best In The Desert Association in collaboration with Mad Media and UTV Underground are presenting the 2017 Polaris RZR UTV World Championship in Laughlin, Nevada from Thursday, April 13th through Saturday, April 15th.
All festivities during the three-day event, including the Pit Crew Challenge, Kick Off Party, Tech & Contingency, and all four UTV World Championship races are FREE to spectators and their families. This is an excellent opportunity to witness the state-of-the-art in motorcycle and UTV technology battling side-by-side at one of the best places on the Colorado River for family fun.
This year the Polaris RZR World Championship will feature both open desert racing and short course tracks in several different racing formats:
- Eight (8) laps (17-mile loop) for BITD Motorcycles & Quads for a total of 136 miles
- Ten (10) laps (17-mile loop) for BITD Pro/Turbo/Unlimited/Spt UTV’s for a total of 170 miles
- A special Youth Production 170 Class Race for ½ hour on a ½ mile course
- Three (3) laps (17-mile loop) for Production UTV Short Course for a total of 51 miles
Overnight camping will be allowed in the Main Parking Area for families with RVs, however, no open riding is allowed at the event. Come tailgate with your pickup or SUV for the day, or bring the toy box for the entire three-days.
